Myaircheck.com's Senior Director is Scott Russell. Scott has worked in broadcasting for over 30 years, beginning as a Top 40 Announcer in the late seventies and most recently as a sportscaster in both radio and television.
"I came into the business when a broadcaster could only send out a resume and reel to reel in the job search. I was lucky enough to land my first job with the help of my broadcast school but for decades it was very much a hit and miss search. The internet has changed everything and I think that our website will be a huge help to both broadcast students and industry people alike. I am personally a huge fan of the social networking sites like, Facebook, Twitter and even Youtube, but I think that a truly dedicated site for broadcasters is long overdue. I invite you to join in and make the broadcast job pursuit a much easier one!
My Aircheck's other Senior Director is Louis Hornung. Louis is a self-taught computer person that can deal with local or wide area networking, as well troubleshoot and repair other computer related issues. He's the go to guy for many of his friends, family, and work, with work being a career selling Ford vehicles on the Sunshine Coast of BC, Canada. Louis is a people person, whose always been told he has the voice for radio, and enjoys helping people en masse to achieve their goals. His goal is to expand the membership to include media people around the world, while serving content in their native tongue. This is the place to be, as the site is constantly evolving, and striving to put your name at the front of the line!
