The Radio Marketing Bureau reports that radio advertising revenues in the United States dropped an average of 25% in the second quarter of 2009. The RAB says the two top reasons are a drop in consumer confidence and a struggling auto industry. The car industry has gone from being radio's number one advertising category to number three.
