How would like to be taking the rate card for this station around to clients.  The highest-rated radio station in any US Arbitron market isn't even in a top ten market which actually stands to reason.  Country giant WTHI 99.9 FM, Hi-99 in Terre Haute, Indiana was #1 for all formats of the 14, 728 stations in the United States with about a 27 share 12 plus in the Spring and Fall 2011books. A similar overall breakdown isn't available for Canadian stations.
