The NFL has extended its ban of Facebook and Twitter posts by players and coaches 90 minutes prior to games and until the completion of the post-game interviews. Now members of the media will have to hold off on their status updates. The ban observes a long-standing policy regarding providing descriptions of games, only with a new high-tech twist.
